FAQ

Once your reservation is confirmed, a 50% deposit of the selected package will be required. Deposits are non-refundable except for special cases

Any rescheduling needs to informed 14 days ahead

Extra time can be made available to extend your party with additional cost, please let us know and we will work out a plan for you.

We don’t provide food or drinks, but you’re welcome to bring your own. We recommend just bringing a birthday cake for the celebration—our fun-filled space will keep the kids fully entertained the whole time!

We offer a carefully curated toy collection for various age groups. If you’d like to create a gift registry from our selection, just let us know—we’re happy to provide a Gift Registry service!

We’re happy to take care of the party favors upon request! Our Goodie Bags include fun toys, play pass, and surprise treats—customized to fit your $10–$20 budget.
