How do I know if I qualify for the Greater Seattle shipping rate?
If your delivery address is within King, Pierce, Snohomish, Skagit, or Whatcom County, you automatically qualify for our local shipping rates at checkout.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@littlestarstoystore.com with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
